The Military is home for the hard-core warrior athletes who fully understand the meaning of mission. Ordinary physical education programs are not enough to prepare one for a typical military operation, much less a life of military service. A soldiers body is subject to the most demanding environmental conditions found throughout the world. Proper fitness programs like all military operations require planning, logistics, and testing before the final execution.

The Protectors program is built and administered using similar time tested military methods. A job task analysis provides the essential logistics for determining the specific fitness needs of a soldier. Understanding the objectives and the conditions under which military soldiers operate provides us a blueprint for planning an effective regiment of body and mind building techniques, which are both simple and efficient. Executing the fitness program is the guarantee for developing routines that strengthen the critical body parts and build the underlying core needed to accomplish the job tasks. Speed, agility, mobility, endurance and strength sequentially come together to form the perfect soldier and these five core values are the heart of the Protectors Fitness Program.

Protectors is an occupational fitness program that moves practitioners well beyond, "wellness" and into the realm of peak performance.
