Your eyes snap open from a dead sleep. You don't have time to roll out gently and prepare yourself a cup of coffee. The alarm bells have your adrenalin surging. You begin a complex ritual of readiness that within moments has you out of the door and on the job. Very few athletes put their bodies and minds through this type of test and expect positive results, but a firefighter does it regularly.

As you age, the process takes it toll. Running, climbing, jumping, lifting, often in an environment of intense heat. This is no place for the ordinary fitness level. Protectors has created a fitness program that goes beyond "wellness" and into the realm of occupational fitness. We have analyzed job functions to determine what kind of development is needed to sustain you over the course of your career. We have built techniques to strengthen the joints, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue along with muscular and aerobic development needed for a powerful core.
